UNIAL ALB 405 Aluminum, closed box standard bodyworks

Universal aluminum closed boxes, symbol and the most frequent variant of this type of bodyworks.

UNIAL ALB 405 is non-insulated bodywork made from panels, combined with aluminum tin on light, aluminum-steel combined construction. Floor is made from waterproof plywood, anti-slip surface, with thickness adequate to the cargo capacity of the vehicle which can be 12 – 30 mm thick. Anti-slip structure of the floor prevents slipping of the load and workers during the process of loading and unloading. Loading cargo into the bodywork can be performed in a standard method but it can also be performed using rolling elements, potentially installed into the floor of the bodywork. Rolling elements/wheels can be integrated into the floor, pressurized with sealed connection, which prevents outside temperature influence.

For cargo securing and immobilization during transport, rails can be installed – tracks with openings for cargo separators, on required heights from the floor. Placing separators in the integrated carriers, on the sides of the bodywork secures immobility and security of the cargo. In the lower part of the panels, skirting can be installed – anti-impact profiles, which are used for „leading“ pallets during loading and unloading and that also protect panels from damage caused by cargo or pallets and skirting, which is basically an L profile, is additionally reclined on the floor of the bodywork.

Fixed position of the loaded goods can be additionally secured by using cargo tensioners, integrated in the floor. Above mentioned tensioners, use a system of eccentric mounting of the central pin and can hold pallets in a position that secures a safe transportation. Load is additionally reclined on the floor of the bodywork.
